Policy

Cancellation charges will be as follows
The day before the stay: 50% of the room charge
On the day of stay: 100% of the room charge (the same applies for no notice)
In the event that any other cancellation policy is stipulated, it will be applied.
(% indicates the ratio of the cancellation fee to the room charge.)

Regarding Children’s accommodation rates
For reservations made through the official website
One child up to 12 years old can sleep in one bed for free.
Please note that we do not provide any amenities for children.
There is no child charge. Children over the age of the child are included in the number of adults.

If you make a reservation through other reservation sites
One child up to 5 years old can sleep in one bed for free.
Please note that we do not provide amenities for children.
There is no child charge. Children older than the age for sleeping with an adult are included in the number of adults.
